What happens to your details?
In short: this website uses no cookies, and I only collect what you write yourself in the contact form.

When you send a message
The form asks for your name, email and message, and what kind of project it is if you want to say. The message reaches me as an email, and I use it only to answer you and plan a possible assignment.
The legal basis is that you ask to be contacted (GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
I delete the message when the matter is closed and I no longer need it. If it becomes an assignment, I keep what has to be in the accounts as long as the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act requires.
Visitor numbers
I count visits with Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages people read. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. I only see totals, never who you are.
No cookies
The website sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner either. While the tab is open, the site remembers that you have seen the opening screen, so it does not show again. This is deleted when you close the tab and says nothing about who you are.
Reviews from Google
The reviews on the site come from Google, with the name and text the reviewer published there. Your browser does not talk to Google to show them.
Who helps me
Vercel runs the servers the website is on. The servers keep technical logs, such as IP address, for a short time to stop misuse.
Resend passes the message from the form on to my inbox.
Google provides my email, so your message is stored in my inbox at Google.
Studio Fredriksen built the website and keeps it running. If something fails, a message can pass through Studio Fredriksen before it reaches me.
They only use the details on my behalf and under an agreement. Vercel, Resend and Google are American companies. The transfer to the US is protected by the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask to see what I have about you, have it corrected or deleted, or say no to me using it. Get in touch, and I will answer within a month. If you think I am not following the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.

The links to Instagram and Behance open their sites. Their own privacy rules apply there.
